We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team.
As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our real estate properties.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of real estate properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new projects
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and competition
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Handle contractor inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants
- Oversee property maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and landscaping
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality services are provided to the properties
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for each property
- Monitor rental payments and follow up on delinquent accounts
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the real estate industry
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse tenants
- Solid understanding of real estate law and administrative processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
