```Duties``` - Manage the entire escrow process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documents and funds are collected and disbursed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review contracts, loan documents, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a smooth closing process.
- Prepare settlement statements and other closing documents.
- Conduct title searches and resolve any title issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and regulations.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate financial transactions.
- Familiarity with loan origination processes and documentation.
- Understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines.
- Ability to use 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
- Experience in mortgage servicing and credit analysis is a plus.
- Previous work as a loan officer or in financial services is beneficial.
