Responsibilities:
-assisting property manager in all management related responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide information about the property
- Assist with the leasing process, including application review, background checks, and lease signing
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage tenant information
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and key exchanges
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that arise during their tenancy
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the property
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with property management software or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) real page onsite
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
