Leasing Agent

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
Duties: - Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants - Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process, including completing applications, verifying references, and conducting background checks - Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, leases, and rental payments using property management software (ResMan) - Collaborate with property management team to ensure all units are well-maintained and meet leasing standards - Advertise available properties through various marketing channels to attract potential tenants - Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent -Valid Drivers License -Bilingual is a plus -Previous experience in customer relationship or sales is preferred - Familiarity with property leasing processes - Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and property management software (ResMan) - Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle tenant disputes or difficult situations -Criminal Background Screening is conducted If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and property leasing, we encourage you to apply for the position of Leasing Agent.
