```Duties``` - Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy - Verify borrower information, including employment, income, credit history, and assets - Analyze credit reports, bank statements, tax returns, and other financial documents - Calculate debt-to-income ratios and perform credit analysis - Prepare loan files for underwriting review - Communicate with borrowers to request additional documentation or clarify information - Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines - Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions ```Requirements``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Processor - In-depth knowledge of FNMA guidelines and regulations - Familiarity with TILA requirements - Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and best practices - Proficient in using mortgage processing software and systems - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes is a plus - Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for mortgage processing and a desire to excel in your career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
