In this role, you will report to the VP of Property & Customer Care while training your team to assist customers in a timely, competent, and courteous manner with any problems, questions, or service orders.
You will assist the VP of Property & Customer Care to build out processes for our single-family rental portfolio along with our commercial real estate.
You are part of the Property & Customer Care team and have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities.
Measured Performance Goals: % Overall Community Satisfaction Score % Overall HOA Survey Score Overall Community Service Order Aging Average Accountabilities: General: Recruit, develop, train and manage staff across Property Management Team.
Assist the VP of Property and Customer Care to develop and manage department processes and systems to ensure achievement of goals.
Property Team Management: Manage property managers to respond to homeowner issues timely with strong satisfaction scores.
Manage processes within communities for new resident set up, HOA fee collections, past resident deactivation, community issues, enforcing covenants and restrictions, and community events.
Responsible for following HOA budgets.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or meet the minimum requirement for number of years of direct experience, preferred Minimum 5-7 years of experience in property management preferred Ability to anticipate possible obstacles and propose favorable solutions Strong work ethic and commitment to implementation and execution Concise writing and public speaking/presentation skills are desirable Strong computer skills Attention to detail Proven track record of leadership FLSA Status: Exempt Essential Functions: Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
