Part-time position supporting administrative offices.
The ideal candidate will conduct routine exterior property inspections throughout the community to ensure all properties are compliant.
While performing inspections, this person will also be responsible for light inspections of common areas.
Responsible for compliance-related correspondence, record keeping, and keeping files updated.
Provide administrative support to ensure compliance is met.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Attention to detail, problem-solving, outstanding customer service, leadership and interpersonal skills, and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and complete all tasks on time.
Responsive written and verbal skills to owners.
Ability to read and interpret documents, plat maps, and blueprints.
Must have valid drivers license.
