PAS Coordinator for Legacy Home Health Agency

ARE YOU LOOKING TO START YOUR CAREER IN THE MEDICAL FIELD? No experience? No problem! We will train you! We are seeking motivated individuals to coordinate patient/client services for the in-home provider care program (also known as PAS or PHC services) at Legacy Home Health Agency, Inc.
by providing a channel through which patients/clients or caregivers can seek solutions to problems, concerns and/or unmet needs.
Responsibilities will include: Answering high volume incoming calls regarding patient/client services.
Processing patient information in agency database.
Supervising attendant schedules for patient services.
Assisting with finding attendants and/or service coverage for patients.
Communicating with state caseworkers and insurances to coordinate services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Customer service experience required.
Work experience in PAS/PHC Coordination or in a healthcare related field.
Bilingual.
