Are You Looking to
Provide leadership to employees by maintaining high quality standards.
Establish and maintain high performance teamwork and positive working relationships within assigned teams and with all applicable company departments, and other internal and external customers.
Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor.
Provide on-going training to employees in a designated work cell and assigns proper training to new team members.
Are You Ready to
Satisfactorily complete and implement all required on-the-job trainings.
Act as back-up for the Supervisor/Manager when that individual is unavailable
Troubleshoot and solve issues with assistance.
Adjust workloads to meet deadlines under direction of Supervisor
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three years’ experience.
Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately orally, in writing or electronically
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
