Description: BERT OGDEN FIESTA MANAGEMENT CORPORATE AUDITOR SUMMARY The Corporate Compliance Auditor is responsible for auditing any vehicle documents sold, for both new and used vehicles.
Will also help prepare paperwork for any state and manufacture audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Ensures all sales documents are present and processed accurately.
Must be able to pay attention to detail; the work must be thorough and accurate.
Compiles information and prepares daily reports.
Ensures compliance with all government and manufacturer regulations.
Monitors all kicked back deal documents (Heat Sheet).
Acts as liaison between Auditing and Finance/Accounting departments.
Fills in for other administrative duties as needed and directed by management.
Assists with related special projects as required.
Helps maintain file rooms at all dealerships.
Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
