Lead Teacher

Our work environment includes: * Modern classroom setting * Training provided * Growth opportunities * Flexible schedule Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a classroom of children, providing a safe and nurturing environment - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans - Educate and engage children in various activities to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development - Provide individualized attention and support to children with special needs or developmental disabilities - Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Work closely with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and maintain a cohesive learning environment Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience in toddler care and understanding of their unique needs - Familiarity with special education techniques and strategies for supporting children with diverse learning abilities - Ability to manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management techniques - Knowledge of speech therapy techniques is a plus - Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
