Housekeeping Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team.
As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties: - Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as needed - Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong knowledge of custodial and commercial cleaning practices - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff - Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies - Knowledge of laundry operations is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
