Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal administrative tasks, legal drafting, research, litigation, negotiation, and utilizing tools like Clio.
Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research to support case strategies - Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions - Represent clients in court proceedings - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients - Provide legal advice to clients - Manage and prioritize a large docket of cases simultaneously Skills: - Proficient in legal administrative tasks - Excellent legal writing skills - Strong legal drafting abilities - Proficient in conducting legal research - Experience in litigation and negotiation Offer Summary: -Starting pay is $130,000/year -Guaranteed bonus after twelve (12) months; amount dependent on profitability of department -Health insurance after 90 day probationary period -Reimbursement for CLE and State Bar dues Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $130,000.
