Job Title: Strategy Specialist (Bilingual)
Location: Edinburg,Texas
Terms: Full-time Position
Salary/Rate: $25 hourly - Plus Performance Bonus
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9-6
Benefits: Comprehensive 30 day training program.
After a 60 day probation period; 2 weeks paid time off (increases yearly), medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k after one year of employment.

Overview:
As a Strategy Specialist, your primary responsibility involves establishing strong client connections and effectively presenting pre-approved legal strategies to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
The ability to strongly connect with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and guidance on pre-approved legal strategies that meet their needs.
Possess the ability to serve the client in a consultative manner and hold empathetic and supportive discussions based on often difficult stories.
Articulate legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
Present compelling proposals and recommendations that align with the client's best interests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems
Sound negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in dealing with client information.
This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses strong organizational abilities, the capacity to absorb information, is self motivated, able to gain legal acumen, has proven presentation expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service and making a difference for others every day.
Success in this position will depend on your ability to effectively connect with a highly misrepresented demographic and effectively inspire them to embark on their personal paths to freedom.
