PC seeks an *experienced legal assistant *to join the firm's personal injury practice.
Candidate must be bilingual, have reliable transportation, knowledgeable in micro-soft office programs, be dependable, punctual and should demonstrate good writing skills.
Skills/Qualifications: 3 to 5 years experience in Personal Injury, Research, Legal Administration Skills, Litigation, Client Relationships, Organization, Planning, Attention to Detail, Dependability, must be Bilingual, Client Confidentiality.
Applicant should have strong writing skills and must be able to draft motions, petitions, letters, prepare and answer discovery, etc.
We are on the search for applicant who will take the lead in handling a volume of personal injury cases by meeting with clients, prepare pleadings, documents and file them in a timely manner with the court system as well as prepare cases for trial.
Starting pay: *$ (negotiable) *

-Must be bilingual
