Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Job description The Law Office of Bobby Garcia has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal in personal injury and civil trial law.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace with little to no supervision.
Applicant must have attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual preferred.
Plaintiff / Civil Job Responsibilities: * Meet with clients * File review * Drafting of Motions * E-filing and service of Pleadings * Communicate with providers * Schedule and maintain docket * Correspond with counsel, court, and clients * Assist with preparation of pleadings, hearings, and trials * Draft discovery * Proofread and edit draft documents * Assist with other administrative duties as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,000.
00 - $40,000.
