Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with document preparation, including typing, editing, and proofreading
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provide administrative support to legal staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Please note that this is not a medical receptionist position.
While medical receptionist experience may be beneficial, it is not required for this role.
