Job Description
Position Summary:
The Sr.
Manager, International Trade Compliance will oversee the auditing of import and supplier processes for MasterBrand Cabinets LLC to ensure trade compliance is achieved while supporting key company goals.
This leadership role must be effective in managing Compliance Audit Activities and support staff while ensuring the maximum benefits are achieved for return on investment and risk mitigation for the sourcing organization.
This position requires significant attention to detail, collaboration with commodity managers and external suppliers, and advising teams and individuals throughout the organizations.
Accountabilities:
Conduct compliance review of data, records, including financial transactions, to ensure MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is protected and our suppliers do not present an increased risk to the MBC organization.
Review, modify, and develop KPI’S governing the audit findings on the supply of products to MasterBrand as well as manage audit record keeping.
Assist sourcing with supplier selection as requested, through auditing, educating, and assisting with the on boarding of suppliers.
Provide training in all areas pertaining to the importation and compliance with sale of products to MasterBrand Cabinets LLC.
This includes record keeping, labeling, country of origin markings, etc.

Develop and train support compliance staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Analytical and critical thinking skills to develop logical risk management solutions.
EPA (TSCA), USDA (Lacey), USMCA, Customs Regulations Expertise, including, duty, tariff, INCO terms, trade regulations, CTPAT, and OEA.
Contract Management review skills.
Reliable Team Leader with collaborative written and oral communication skills.
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in Matrix environments.
Financial Acumen and strong proficiency in mathematics.
Education Requirements:
B.
A.
or higher with focus on Business, Finance, Accounting, and/or Trade Compliance.
2-5 years demonstrated team leadership experience in a Compliance Role.
Customs Brokers License a plus.
