*Pre-Litigation Employee Responsibilities*
* Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit, making sure they feel seen and heard
* Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
* Gather property damage, medical, and other records pertaining to pre-litigation clients and claims
* Prepare unresolved files for litigation by organizing file and communicating with Litigation Department on file transfers
* Review files on a weekly basis with Pre-Litigation Department on pending instructions for case, including, but not limited to: gathering liens, requests for medical, LORs and LOPs being sent, updates with clients, etc.
* Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, and assist with claims setup and processing
*Legal Intake Specialist Qualifications*
* Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
* Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
