```Duties```
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff
- Prepare legal documents, including correspondence, memos, and court forms
- Transcribe dictation and proofread documents for accuracy
- File and organize legal documents, both physically and electronically
- Assist with legal case management, including tracking deadlines and court dates
- Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis or other legal databases
- Assist with legal drafting, such as preparing contracts or agreements
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a legal setting is preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus
