We are seeking a skilled Business Immigration Attorney to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business immigration law and a proven track record of providing high-quality legal counsel to clients in various industries.
As a Business Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for advising clients on immigration matters, representing them in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on business immigration matters, including work visas, investor visas, permanent residency through employment or investment, and citizenship.
* Prepare and file petitions, applications, and legal documents with government agencies.
* Represent clients in immigration-related hearings and appeals.
* Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies and advise clients on potential impacts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the efficient handling of cases.
* Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration law and policies.
* Manage a caseload of immigration matters, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Maintain thorough documentation and records of all client interactions and case progress.
* Uphold the firm's standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in any state.
* 3+ years of experience in business immigration law.
* Strong knowledge of U.
S.
immigration laws and procedures.
* Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage a high caseload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in legal research and case management software.
