As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to attorneys and legal teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with legal research and drafting legal documents
- Managing and organizing case files and documents using document management systems
- Conducting document review and analysis
- Assisting with the preparation of legal briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Maintaining calendars and deadlines for attorneys
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research techniques and resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document drafting and review
- Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage or similar software
- Knowledge of legal case management software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
