The paralegal will be involved in a comprehensive range of responsibilities including case analysis, fact-finding, legal research, and preparation of reports and legal documents.
The ideal paralegal will have some experience working in a law office, be able to prioritize projects and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities: * Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions and settlement documents.
* Gather and evaluate evidence.
* Analyze and interpret facts of the cases.
* Analyze and interpret medical bills and records.
* Meet and communicate with clients about their cases.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
00 - $55,000.
