*Job Title: *Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Officer

*Summary*
The PSA compliance Officer at Sunny Glen Children’s Home is responsible for managing, implementing, and ongoing compliance with the state and ORR standards on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment on campus within the minor population.
PSA Compliance Officer will report to the assigned, PSA Compliance Manager.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Provide oversight of sexual abuse (SA)-SIRs or other SIRs pertaining to any behavior of a sexual nature * Point of contact for the program for all sexual abuse-related incidents * Complete documentation and meet all required deadlines and timeframes as per state and federal standards.
* Provide recommendations for program management on coordination and documentation of behaviors of a sexual nature.
* Thorough understanding of PSA Policy, specifically, Section 4: Preventing, Detecting, and Responding to Sexual Abuse and Harassment, TDFPS Minimum Standards, Policy and * Procedures, and all other relevant child welfare guidelines and regulations.
* Provide program statistics on SA-SIR reporting, including statistics for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Coordinate with third-party contracts, ORR, and other outside service providers to share and staff all pertinent information and updates on Unaccompanied Children and related sexual abuse incidents and reports * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Spanish) * Must abide by Sunny Glen Children’s Home’s mission of giving nurturing, trauma-informed care to children from difficult backgrounds.
* Assist in training staff.
