98/hour for H&W The Field Technician/CDL Driver sets up, maintains, and breaks down temporary facilities.
The “Field Tech” performs troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient job site.
Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical, administrative, laundry facilities upkeep, and ground maintenance tasks as assigned.
In addition to the Field technician responsibilities, the “Field Tech CDL Driver” will be required to operate pump trucks, water trucks, and tankers.
Essential Functions: Perform general maintenance functions for plumbing systems.
Perform general maintenance functions for electrical systems.
Perform basic general maintenance on HVAC systems.
Perform general maintenance functions for temporary facilities, buildings, and tented structures, to include carpentry or similar repairs.
Install all above systems under guidance of licensed or trained supervisors.
Perform ground maintenance and limited site work tasks as needed.
Perform equipment operation onsite as required (training will be provided).
Perform daily/scheduled maintenance checks and services on government equipment, company trucks and equipment.
Operate site equipment to include but not limited to forklifts, tractors, work carts, yard maintenance equipment, skid steers (training will be provided) Assist with maintenance of water and wastewater systems on project site Repair company equipment as needed to maintain serviceable condition Coordinate service calls when required Perform general administrative functions Perform general laundry functions Transports fresh water to site Transports gray/black water as needed to dumping point Pump frac tanks and toilet trailers and transports to dumping point Skills and Specifications Basic mechanical skills Knowledge of and ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
Great organizational skills General knowledge of safe working practices Read and interpret owners manuals, equipment schematics and work orders Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Have a clean driving record (able to drive company vehicles).
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills Ability to lift 40 Ibs.
Ability to learn and follow safety instructions Excellent communication and teamworking skills Flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no present requirement for supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This job operates in field environments.
We operate 24/7/365, inside and outside, in all weather conditions.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment, hand tools, site equipment and vehicles, and is required to use and wear standard PPE, which will be provided by the company.
There is an expectation of clear communication in English both written and orally.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb and stand.
Lifting of up to 75 lbs may occur.
Employee will be required to travel (at organization expense) in automobile and/or aircraft.
Expectation of exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, snow) as operations occur in all areas of the country with potential for overseas travel.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Temporary Contract position with work performed on an as-needed basis, and hours vary depending on contract needs.
Flexibility is required of all candidates for both scheduling and duties assigned.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends is required based on contract needs.
Deployed resources cannot guarantee how soon a Field Technician will be called to work.
Upon being called to work, we cannot guarantee the duration of work or the number of hours worked per day.
Travel Local travel only.
Required Education and Experience 1 year of route delivery driving experience is desired Must possess and maintain a valid Class A or B license with a tanker endorsement Must be at least 23 years of age Must maintain clean driving record free of violations, convictions and accidents.

High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required 1 Year of experience in a maintenance position is desired Relevant trade school training and certifications are desired Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be authorized to work in the U.
S.

citizen or Green Card holder for 3 of the last 5 years.
Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment.
Must have a valid driver's license and must have held it for at least 3 years Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS).
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Credential (TWIC).
