SCHEDULE: Able and willing to work overtime and varying shifts including early mornings, late afternoons, and Saturdays 7AM-4PM MONDAY - FRIDAY ON CALL WEEKENDS.
Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of LOGISTICS COORDINATOR.
WE ARE SEEKING A DETAILORIENTED AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
*1.
Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
*2.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange shipments, provide updates on delivery status, and address any issues or concerns.
*3.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery receipts, and invoices.
*4.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient loading and unloading of shipments.
*5.
Resolve any transportation or delivery-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and professional manner.
*6.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service experience.
*7.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
*8.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and customer service.
