Who You Are:
We are looking for a Collections Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer service while collecting past due accounts with care.
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming and make outgoing Collections calls
· Generate Installment Plans for delinquent customers
· Advise and negotiate with delinquent customers in accordance with Home Energy Fair Practices Act (HEFPA)
· Navigate, Generate and Complete work orders, and note actions with customers within SAP
· Investigate and process returned payments and credits
· Support continuous process improvement activities through engagement of management and staff
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately
· Must be able to multi-task
· Demonstrates good judgment
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Firm yet compassionate when communicating with customers
· Diligence in following regulations
· Ability to work as schedule Monday through Friday; AM and PM shifts.
Shifts range within the 7am-7pm.
