Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team to help manage our company's sales process while providing excellent customer service.
You will be directly responsible for helping customers recognize the need for our products and services.

Client Relations Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain long-term, positive relationships with assigned customers and account managers.
Provide an outstanding client experience by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
Serve as a critical point of contact for price quotations, purchase orders, and order adjustments directly from customers.
Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various products and services to customers.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services.
Client Relations Associate Qualifications:
Experience providing outstanding customer service and growing customer satisfaction
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
