Our client is expanding throughout Los Angeles, so they have an immediate need for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative.
The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will perform residential customer service and sales functions, manage customer accounts throughout the Los Angeles area, and facilitate an exceptional customer experience.
The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be the face of the initiative.
Therefore, they must possess exceptional communication skills, a high level of integrity and professionalism, and prioritize the customer above all else.
As the Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be provided support from our management team.
The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be responsible for their assigned region and meet with decision-makers and homeowners to review available product and service options.

*Entry Level Customer Service Representative Daily Responsibilities:* * Execute customer-facing residential sales within the assigned region * Provide insight and options to each potential new customer and have comparisons of local competitors to ensure they are making the right decision * Maintain a relationship with the customer throughout the entire process when they enroll in services * Bring creative and innovative ideas to the customer service / sales team to provide astounding service for our customers and our client * Promote working sales trends to the rest of the customer service team to increase overall revenue throughout the company and within the team * Submit daily sales to the executive team to stay on track of reaching company and personal sales goals *Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements:* * Travel throughout the region to meet with customers * Customer Service, management, or sales experience is a must * A strong student mentality to learn and master customer service and sales strategies * Excellent communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships with customers and team members * Competitive and solution-oriented demeanor * Strong business acumen and strong presentation skills * A degree within a relevant field is preferred but not a requirement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,000.
