Job Description The Insurance Customer Service Assistant is a key member of the Brenda Gomez Insurance Agency team, providing vital support to our clients and staff.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our agency by offering a blend of administrative support, customer service, and basic insurance processing tasks.
Salary: $10.

00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Responsibilities Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Take premium payments from customers.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
