Collections Representative/Customer Service

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment issues.
- Must have some knowledge of working Google Docs.
- Process payments in person or over the phone.
- Update cc information on our system.
- Employee will be using an autodialer software.
*Requirements:* - Proficiency in financial concepts, including debits.
- Excellent math skills for calculating payment amounts, payoff amounts, and payment plans.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
