Customer Service Representative Overview:
A Customer Service Representative creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere, puts smiles on people’s faces using world class customer service, and provides a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
Customer Service Representative Primary Duties:
* Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
* Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
* Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
* Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.
* Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
* Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
* Must have resilient positive attitude and energetic personality
* Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
Customer Service Representative Physical Demands:
* Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, and lifting
* Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
* Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
