_*Duties/Responsibilities: *_
* *Greet *customers as they enter the location and guide vehicles into the carwash.
* *Prep *vehicles to produce a perfect vehicle out of the tunnel.

* Assists customers with questions pertaining to wash packages, the unlimited program, and using pay stations or self-serve facilities, if applicable.
* Processing monthly unlimited contracts/sales and assist with on site cancellation requests
* Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning equipment and vacuum area.
* Attend regular staff meetings.
* Interacting with coworkers and management.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash
* Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
* Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
* Be proficient with all policies and procedures and be able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
* Assisting in regular scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.
* Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place.
* Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
* Have a sense of urgency.
* Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time…with fellow teammates, and customers.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to operate equipment and use point of sale software.
* Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and customer-related policies.
* Motivated in fast paced environment.
_*Physical Requirements: *_
* Prolonged periods standing and working in outdoor environment.
* May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
