Front Desk Clerk

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk.
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for taking FLOWER/FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS orders in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Job is from Tuesday through Saturday.
Duties: - Taking down orders in an accurate and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of orders and billings - Assist in putting together orders as needed - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and if any concerns or issues - Provide exceptional customer service with phone orders and in person customers - Assist with any other duty or task assigned Requirements: - Able to work long hrs.
