A dispatcher, or DSR, is responsible for calling customers to confirm their appointments and dispatching technicians for plumbing, electrical and HVAC services.
They will also resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

```Duties``` - Receive and prioritize customer orders for services - Coordinate with drivers to schedule jobs - Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track vehicles and monitor routes - Communicate with customers regarding any delays or changes in delivery schedules - Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in dispatching or transportation planning preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute - Knowledge of freight industry terminology and regulations is advantageous Join our team as a Dispatcher and contribute to the seamless transportation of services while providing exceptional customer service.
