*The BDC Reps are responsible answering inbound calls, setting appointments, responding to internet inquiries, and making outbound calls.
*
The BDC Rep will utilize our CRM and the internet to respond to inquiries, update customer records, and closely track customer activity.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism
* Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments
* Reschedule no-show customers
* Make appointments for Sales
* Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
* Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis
* Work in conjunction with the Sales Department - consultants and managers
* Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned
*SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:*
* Previous call center / sales experience preferred
* Knowledge of vehicles / automotive industry a plus
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems
* Strong/outgoing personality
* MS Office Suite computer skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
