Night Auditor/Guest Service Representative

Wyndham Garden Hotel McAllen, is seeking guest service representative the following duties are to assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
Hotel guest service representative greets guests as they arrive at a hotel.
You take bookings (by telephone or email), prepare bills and take payments.
You often confirm bookings with guest directly or reservation agencies.
This position requires 2 nights a week with the other 3 days varying between the morning or afternoon shift.
\*\*\*6 months to 1 year of hotel experience is a requirement to be considered\*\*\* *Screening Drug Test Required.
