Customer Service Representative

*_Duties/Responsibilities: _* * Greet customers as they enter the location and guide vehicles into the carwash.
* Assists customers with questions pertaining to wash packages, the unlimited program, and using pay stations or self-serve facilities, if applicable.
* Processing monthly unlimited contracts/sales and assist with on site cancellation requests * Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning equipment and vacuum area.
* Attend regular staff meetings.
* Interacting with coworkers and management.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
*_Required Skills/Abilities: _* * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to operate equipment and use point of sale software.
* Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and customer-related policies.
* Motivated in fast paced environment.
*_Physical Requirements: _* * Prolonged periods standing and working in outdoor environment.
* May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
