1-800 Radiator and A/C of Deep South Texas is looking for bi-lingual (English/Spanish), enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Pharr, TX location.
If you love to talk and are genuinely excited to help customers come be a part of a winning team, focused on a best in class customer experience.
Our CSR position is responsible for but are not limited to:
* best in class customer service answering inbound calls and generating sales.
Converting inbound calls into sales.
* Servicing and selling auto parts to walk-in customers.
* receiving and handling accurate invoice payments.
* manage valuable repeat buyer relationships.
* coordinate with drivers to inform customers of expected delivery times.
* Maintain product knowledge and current promotions through 1800 Radiator and A/C systems and information resources.
* Must be presentable and professional in overall appearance while promoting the 1 800 Radiator & AC brand.
* All other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements and qualifications:
* Must be bi-lingual, English and Spanish
* at least 18 years old and have a valid Texas driver's license
* Must pass employment background check and drug screening
* Ability to lift merchandise
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work Mon-Friday 8AM to 5:30PM and at least 2 Saturday/mth from 9AM to 2PM.
