The company was started in April of 1970 and grew to 9 locations in Texas.
In addition to offering unsecured, personal loans, the company also does Income Tax services.
*Job Purpose:*
*To respond to customer’s personal financial needs and maintain a professional and courteous relationship while also satisfying company requirements.
*
*Duties:*
* Opens customer accounts by taking and processing loan applications and recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information and taking payments.
* Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Follows policy and procedures to insure company profitability.
* Initiates customer contact via telephone, text, email, or in person in order to maintain an open dialogue of communication.
* Field collections and skip tracing when needed.
* Growth work, which includes advertising and outside interactions.
* Any requested, legal activity that benefits the company.
