*Key Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Creating 2D and 3D models of buildings, structures, and related components using Revit software based on architectural, structural, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) design information.
* Developing detailed construction documentation, based on the Revit models
* BIM Coordination to ensure accurate integration of design information into the Revit model
* Following established BIM standards, guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency and quality in the Revit models and documentation.
* Model Maintenance and Updates: Regularly updating the Revit models to reflect design changes, revisions, or as-built conditions.
Managing the organization and cleanliness of the model
* Coordinating with project management staff, subcontractors, owners and other trades
* Maintaining proficiency in Revit software and staying up-to-date with the latest features and advancements in BIM technology
* Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to BIM and Revit
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in our RGV office.
Degree/Training or 1 year work-related experience with Revit, preferably MEP
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing along with understanding of construction practices
