Janitor

Summary/Objective The Janitor is responsible for maintaining sanitation levels in and around company facilities according to company standards.
Essential Functions Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
Maintains office furniture and equipment dust free.
Cleans up spills related to the operation.
Clean break rooms and restrooms according to established schedule and as needed.
Keep grounds clean and free of debris.
Empties trash throughout the facility.
Completes a variety of Food Safety logs to confirm the completion of cleaning tasks for areas such as the restrooms, lunchroom, hand sanitizer replenishment, and drain cleaning and sanitation.
Performs basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, door handles, screw and unscrew nuts and bolts.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned, including work in other areas to cover absences or relief to equalize peak work periods or otherwise balance the workload.
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
