Job Description:
A Busser serves guests by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment.
Bussers will help bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
Clean, sanitize and reset tables after guests leave
Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and people skills
In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
High energy levels
Ability to work in a team
Excellent verbal communication skills

Be at least 18 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
