Child Care Director

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the child care center - Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum - Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards - Supervise and support staff members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance - Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress - Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance services for children - Manage budget and financial resources effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Previous experience in higher education teaching or administration - Experience working with students or educating children - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Familiarity with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards We offer competitive salary and benefits packages.
