Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide basic care needs such as feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or working with students is preferred
- Strong caregiving skills and the ability to provide a warm and supportive environment for children
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the individual needs of each child
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
