Teacher/Caregiver

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children - Provide literacy education and tutoring to enhance language and cognitive skills - Ensure the well-being and safety of children in your care - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child welfare and development - Assist in curriculum development and implementation - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior - Provide early intervention support for children with developmental delays or disabilities - Educate and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's progress - Provide attentive and nurturing care for toddlers Skills: - Strong lesson planning abilities to create engaging and educational activities - Proficient in literacy education techniques to promote language development - Experience in tutoring or teaching children of various ages - Knowledge of child welfare practices and regulations - Ability to develop and implement curriculum based on age-appropriate milestones - Effective behavior management skills to encourage positive behavior - Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays - Excellent communication skills to interact with parents/guardians and provide updates on child's progress - Experience in providing quality care for toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
