Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children using the curriculum provided
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Teach basic academic skills such as math, language arts, and science etc.

- Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
- Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns using Procare Application
Experience:
- Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and classroom management
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to different learning styles
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with understanding
- Knowledge of age-appropriate curriculum and educational resources
- Understanding of child health and safety regulations
