**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct Cold calls to potential clients, focusing on our real estate offerings.
- Utilize your persuasive communication skills to effectively close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to maintain client relationships.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience (in-person or phone-based).
- Resume/CV submission is mandatory.
- Remote position initially; transitioning to in-person based on performance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Local to the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) area.
- Tools required: Computer, smartphone, and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Availability for 20-40 hours per week.
- Starting pay: $12.
50-15.
00 per hour based on experience, with LARGE commission benefits per sale.
