Lead Generator - Service Dispatcher (Edinburg)

Oversees the following duties but is not limited to: Obtain leads for sales representative through referrals and customer lists Make appointments for sales representatives Cold Calling Dispatch technicians to job locations and schedule work orders in a consistent manner Communicate effectively with the customer to ensure a high degree of satisfaction Maintain computerized customer records Gather and document information about the work done by the technicians Qualifications: Must be bilingual Must have excellent organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of customer service experience Proficient in email software, word processing software Must have excellent communication skills What we offer our team: Paid vacation time Exciting career paths and opportunities for growth Great commission potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.
