This is a original Air Raid Siren these where used back during war times to alert citizens in their town that their town was about to get bombed and for them to take shelter.
Some of these sirens could still be seen in some old towns across the U.
S.
on top of buildings and used to alert their citizens of incoming hurricanes or tornados.
This one stands 7ft.
Tall X 4ft.
Wide on the top part it has its original motor but needs to be rewired to make it function.
These sirens are Super Loud.
